Role Description
We are looking for an energised Customer Service Executive to work for our Rollover Business in Slough. This a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity leave.

This role is office based 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday


Key Accountabilities

  • Answering inbound telephone calls
  • Take orders for products and process using Microsoft NAV
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and needs, following up customer calls where necessary
  • Liaise with the Warehouse staff and couriers to ensure orders are dispatched before set deadlines
  • Process credit/debit card payments for noncredit account customers
  • Send out invoices in a prompt and timely manner
  • Prepare new customer accounts
  • Promote and sell Rollover's products and services, maximizing value of orders
  • Contact customers by phone, in line with agreed call lists
  • Complete records of telephone interactions, orders and accounts

Skills and Experience

  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Be able to communicate at all levels
  • Previous experience in a customer service role advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise well
