Multi-Discipline Inspector
AXIOM are delighted to be looking at appointing new Multi-Discipline Inspectors at our Teesside site

What we want -
- Inspect pressure vessels, pipework, storage tanks, and other process equipment.
- Interface with clients, providing assessments and recommendations on the condition of inspected equipment and necessary remedial work, repairs, maintenance, or modifications.
- Act as the Axiom focal point on client sites, ensuring effective client management, issue resolution, and promoting a comprehensive service by leveraging other Axiom disciplines.
- Create and amend Written Schemes of Examination (WSE).
- Write, sign, and issue:
- Inspection Reports
- Supplementary Inspection Reports
- Imminent Failure/Danger Notification Forms
- Movement Reports
