Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Products & Events Fundraiser to join the team in our London (Hammersmith) office.
As part of the Products & Events team you will work across the organisation to deliver our portfolio, which includes third-party events, our owned events and products and social fundraising.
Responsibilities:
Event Management
- Projectmanage key thirdparty events, working closely with Centre Fundraisers across our 24 centres.
- Work with the Products & Events Manager and Data & Insights team to provide thorough analysis of all products and thirdparty events.
- Assist the team in maintaining detailed budget records and income and expenditure accounts to ensure cost effectiveness.
- Plan, write and deliver multichannel stewardship journeys for Product and Event participants.
- Act as first point of contact for all enquiries relating to Products and Events.
- Work closely with Centre Fundraising teams to ensure that there is a shared understanding of plans, processes and timescales for key events.
- Ensure key event management documents and templates are available for use across all Fundraising teams.
