Due to expansion, we are seeking an Inspector to carry out inspection of Printed Circuit Boards in accordance with quality and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Use of AOI inspection tools to asses quality and process
  • Use of Xray Machine to identify faults and assisting quality with fault identification for any returned product
  • Working to documentation controls
  • Carrying out rework and soldering when required
  • Identification of fault trends
  • Inspection of surface mount and through hole assemblies to IPC standards
  • First and final inspection of a variety of PCB's, subassemblies and units

Qualifications & Experience:


  • A background within a similar role in electronics
  • IPC-A610 certified desirable but not essential
  • Experience of PCB assembly
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

Salary will be depending on experience and IPC qualification status
