Our client, a Merchant Bank, require an Agile Lead/Scrum Master to join their growing team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Soft Skills:


  • Good presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines.

Technical Skills:


  • Proven experience in leading highperforming software development teams.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and different delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Experience with traditional project management practices such as estimation, budgeting, resource allocation, scope management, change management, risk management, escalation, etc.
  • Good understanding of software development technologies.
