Some key duties and responsibilities include:

  • To provide administration support to the organisation
  • To assist with bookkeeping, including processing invoices and purchase orders, manage/record credit card spends and ensuring all financial recording systems are accurate and kept up to date
  • To maintain filing systems in accordance with organisational procedures, including keeping records accurately and securely
  • To monitor office supplies including sourcing and ordering new stock (stationery, kitchen sundries, etc.) while making sure the equipment spreadsheet is up to date
  • To support Operation Manager in liaising with contractors and service providers
  • To organise meetings and maintain the office diary
  • To build strong internal relationships with colleagues and management

Role Requirements:


  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • Experience within a similar administrative and financial role
  • Experience of using Quickbooks and other financial software
  • Proficient user of the Microsoft Package including Word, Excel, and Outlook


The postholder will also need a keen eye for detail to process and analyse information, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work autonomously and manage workload is a must, plus having a creative approach and generating new ideas.
