Fleet Administrator

Kettering

Hours - Monday to Friday

Salary £22-24k DOE


My Kettering based client is looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator on a permanent basis to provide day-to-day support and general department duties including funding for new vehicles, MoT administration and customer service.


As the support, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and speed following the guidelines set out by the Operations Manager and Operations Director in conjunction with department and client procedures.

You will take full ownershipof your workload delivering excellence in customer care and team spirit.

To be considered you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly organised
  • Able to work well to timescales
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels both written and oral
  • A good level of numeracy
  • A team player
  • Good telephone skills
  • IT literacy good knowledge of spreadsheets/Excel,
  • Good attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience
  • Have undertaken and qualified in some level of further education/vocational study e.g NVQ, A Level
