About the Senior Marketing Manager role:

  • The Senior Marketing Manager will drive, coordinate, and manage future growth of TIP as a business and a brand.
Focusing on strategies, initiatives, and cultivating a culture for prolonged success, your day to day tasks will include:


  • Developing a marketing strategy to drive further growth
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns between channels
  • Handling the company's marketing budget
  • Consistently improving marketing ROI
  • Briefing and sometimes creating content for marketing plans
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
  • Creating lead generation campaigns and measuring results
  • Brand management and corporate identity
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Working with clinical and stock teams to expand our treatment offering
  • Maintaining effective internal communications for all potential promotional activities and channels of growth
  • Developing the TIP brand tone of voice, messaging, USPs
  • Competitor analysis
  • Managing our pricing strategy
  • Developing untapped channels video, social, offline

What experience you'll need to apply:

  • In addition to excellent project management and communication skills, you will need:
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience working with and managing external marketing agencies
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Excellent planning and organisational capabilities
  • Outstanding analytical studies
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • To be an imaginative and persuasive negotiator
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Confident, dynamic, and inspirational personality

What you'll get in return:


  • Basic salary up in the region of £45k £60k depending on experience.
  • Holiday: 23 days plus bank holidays (+1 day per 2 years' service up to 25 days)
