Key Responsibilities

  • Being proactive in communicating with customers to keep them informed of the progress of their queries
  • Ability to deal with complex customer queries and complaints
  • Providing cover when necessary to maintain processes, such as auto leavers, home working assessment and references
  • Taking ownership of your own development and ensuring that your knowledge is uptodate with current legislations
Qualifications & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good problemsolving skills with the ability to deal with complex queries
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and keep uptodate with changes in legislation and industry developments
  • Proven 5+ years' experience in a customer service role/ call centre role

Salary:
£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
