The Office Administrator duties are varied and you will work closely alongside the Office Manager/PA to support the admin function of this small but busy office:

  • Booking travel
  • Invoicing
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Keeping attendance records
  • Health & Safety
  • Office event coordination
  • Stand in for the MD's PA as required
