We are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator (HR Coordinator/Administrator) who thrives in a friendly, non-hierarchical, 'consumer focused and customer driven' high performance culture to act as a first point of contact for our busy People & Culture team and the wider business, providing advice, support and guidance to all our colleagues.

We are looking for someone with fantastic communication skills, who has experience of dealing with conflicting priorities with tact, discretion, and attention to detail.

Additionally, we would love it if you could speak another European language as we are a very diverse team but this is not essential

As a People & Culture Coordinator some of the responsibilities will include:
Providing general administrative support - processing contractual changes, e-filing and general administration including setting up new starters on the HR systems and filing confidential documents like return to works and medical certificates
Manage the probationary process, liaising with managers where required, ensuring reviews are conducted, recorded and scored and make confirmations in writing to employees
Manage and administer AWOL process
Maintain accurate records using the People Portal, TMS and e files including chasing up anomalies
Support employees with payroll queries
Producing daily KPI's / Weekly KPI's
Build up to becoming global superuser on the People Portal, dealing with queries and supporting builds as required
Support the HRIS Advisor with administration tasks
Provide support to the People Services Team as required
Scheduling of disciplinary, grievance and appeal hearings
Absence management - Daily updating and monitoring of TMS absence records and prompting required action with line managers, booking occupational health referrals
Monitor for signs of modern slavery using the systems available, passing findings to the LET P&C team to follow-up
Supporting new and on-going People & Culture Projects

To succeed as a People & Culture Coordinator we ask that you are:
A self -motivated person with a real 'team work' approach and a 'can do' attitude
System savvy with a good knowledge of MS Office package
A confident communicator, both in written and verbal communication, but also discrete
A strong administrator with excellent attention to detail
CIPD qualified - Foundation level or working towards qualification (this is desirable but not essential)
