Are you passionate about nurturing the educational journey of Year 4 students? The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a brilliant school in Finchley starting in January 2024.


Responsibilities:

-
Classroom Support:Assist the Year 4 teacher in creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Collaborate with the teaching team to facilitate an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere.

Individualised Assistance:Provide targeted support to students, ensuring their unique learning needs are met.

Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for students to thrive.

Resource Management:Contribute to the preparation and organization of teaching materials and resources.

Maintain a well-organized and conducive learning environment.

Collaboration:Work closely with teaching staff to implement effective strategies for student development.

Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the learning experience


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly in Year 4, is advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teaching staff and students.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the academic and personal growth of students.
