We are looking for someone who is ambitious and wishes to join the Strategy & Enabling Team to help support and accelerate the delivery of over 2,000 homes a year, with at least 1000 affordable by 2024 and enhance beyond.


A professional, passionate person who is a good communicator and who can work as part of the broader Housing Delivery Team.

Someone who is tenacious in seeking out opportunities for securing and stimulating opportunities or re-shaping proposals to deliver high quality homes and neighbourhoods.


You will have a good understanding of facilitating affordable housing within a Local Government or Registered Provider setting and a knowledge of the range of stakeholders who would be involved.

Underpinning this, a sound knowledge of Government policy, both local and central.


You will need to innovate enable and promote affordable housing projects from inception through to completion to achieve affordable housing objectives and meet local housing need by supporting Registered Provider partners and community-led housing organisations.

Act as the link between Housing Providers, Development Management, Highways and legal teams to accelerate housing delivery and contribute toward S106 Agreements.
