We provide a wide and varied range of services including Grounds Maintenance, Horticulture, Arboriculture, and Landscaping, to both the public and private sector clients.


We are an expanding Grounds Maintenance and Environmental Services for multiple clients within the geographical area
London suburbs
and surrounding areas.

We have fantastic opportunities for you to join this growing business.

This role is being offered Monday to Friday -
seasonal and permanent roles are available.
You will be provided with a commercial vehicle and all equipment needed to do the work.


What you'll be doing...

  • Grass cutting /strimming/ hedge cutting
  • Confidence working in or around water
  • Site clearances
  • Vegetation management
  • Liaise with Management to advise of the progress of working operations
  • Carry out all required checks of plant, equipment including vehicles, and timely completion of daily record sheets and submitting these as per the company's policy
  • Ensure that Health and Safety are paramount at all times whilst delivering quality and consistent working operations, achieving timely completion of works. Being able to follow method statements, codes of practice, and risk assessments is essential. Having an understanding of audits and associated documentation is also a requirement of this role.
  • Ensure that diversity and inclusion are integrated into all aspects of CGM and promote inclusion by challenging behavior, practices, actions, or decisions that are counter to the objectives of CGM's policies and values

A driving license is essential a company vehicle will be provided.


Skills you'll need...

  • Grounds maintenance experience
  • Love the outdoors working close to waterways
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • You must have good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
