Description

LCON089 Based in the Conservatoire's Junior Department, the post holder will provide administrative support to the LJC Coordinator and Head of Department on Saturday's during LJC term time.

This will include administration of the course programmes as directed by the LJC Coordinator and the Head of Department, providing a welcoming, timely and helpful administration service for Leeds Junior Conservatoire (LJC) students and Conservatoire members of staff.

In addition, the post holder will support the organisation LJC concerts, enrolments, auditions and graduation information, maintaining accurate records.

Applicants must be educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), and demonstrate excellent IT skills. Applicants must have relevant administrative experience, including the use of computerised information systems. Experience of working in education and music is desirable. The post holder must be able to communicate with a broad range of people.
