~ Part Time Sales Advisor ~

~Based inWellington ~

~ Monday - Saturday~

~ 25 hours across the week on a rota~
We are looking for an enthusiastic part time sales advisorto work atour client based in Wellington, Telford.

Shifts:

Monday - Friday
10am - 4pm
Saturday
9am - 1pm
Hours on a rota basis

Pay:

£11 per hour

Your duties as a Part Time Sales Advisor
will include:

Dealing with new enquiries both face to face and over the telephone
You will be the first point of contact for new and returning customers.
The role is primarily advisory, with most customers having an initial idea of what they are looking for.
Your role will be to advise on the options available to them and up sell additional items which would best suit their needs.
Delivering excellent customer service as first point of contact
You will develop a keen knowledge of our extensive product range so that you can respond to general enquiries confidently and accurately
Providing new quotes and following up on previous enquiries

Skills required fora

Part Time Sales Advisor

are:

A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, selfconfident and the ability to work to deadlines
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Experience of CMS website maintenance desirable but not essential
A courteous and professional manner
Excellent customer service skills, a good personality and confident communication skills
A willingness to learn
