The salary range for an IFA Administrator is £26,000 - £30,000 and other benefits include; 25 days holiday, flexible working (2 days p/w from office), free eye tests and flu jabs, pension scheme, discretionary bonus, staff socials etcJoin a team where your experience is celebrated, and your contributions are acknowledged and appreciated.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to all advisers and Paraplanners
Format and prepare letters and documents.
Support Advisors in managing their pipeline and portfolio of existing business.
Communicate with Life Offices and Investment Houses when requesting information.
Maintain client records using the Intelligent Office system
Submit new business
Manage client reviews, including preparing client valuations
Prepare client reports -these may be in relation to pensions, investments, Trustee Investment, IHT planning and other associated financial planning requirements.
To be considered:
Experience working as a an IFA Administrator
Excellent knowledge of Investment and Pension products
