JUNIOR MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

LONDON BASED

SALARY:
£40,000 - £45,000

PERMANENT

The Opportunity:
Absolute Recruit are working with a private investment company, who are looking to expand their finance team. They are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated individual who can take ownership of the accounts department.

The role is to support thebusiness with an array of management accounting processes and taking full responsibility for the range of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce quarterly management accounts and annual budgets for each entity
Perform reconciliation, analysis and review for the monthly transactions
Prepare statutory financial statements and complete corporation tax returns
Manage the audit process
Input forecasting and budgeting
Managing invoicing and cash requirements
Monthend processing
The responsibility of payment and transaction processes
Being the first point of contact for any finance related queries
Driving the annual budgeting process

Key Requirements:

Part-Qualified Accountant with the view to become fully qualified in the near future
Practical experience of full management accounts along with statutory reporting
Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
High level of excel knowledge
Previous experience within financial services
Problem solver
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Enthusiastic and motivated to work a part of a team
