We are looking to speak with qualified social workers that are looking for better work life balance and would like to work on a remote basis to supervise a small caseload of foster carers.


This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your social work skills in a slower paced environment, having a great balance between free time and working hours.

As part of the role, you will not be required to complete form F assessments or do Out of hoursduty.

The fostering agency has separate out of hours team and independent form f assessors.


The agency works with a very therapeutic focus, recognising the need for therapists, psychotherapist, counsellors in the children social care sector.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with educational advisers, therapists and other professionalsto determine the most holistic support plan for each individual.


Highlights:

  • Parttime 3 days per week (21hours)
- £30,000- £38,000 + car allowance £3000 dependant on experience

  • Homebased role
