  • Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 + benefits
  • Location: Central London
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Hybrid Working)
Our client is looking to bring on a experienced Property Manager with a focus on block management and compliance.
Main Responsibilities

  • Compliance with health and safety legislation
  • Detailed weekly property inspections
  • Assist construction managers before and during projects
  • Ensure landlord meter readings are consistently updated
  • Provide access to properties as and when required
Key Skills and Requirements

  • NFoPP / ARLA qualification preferable
  • Able to prioritise and coordinator tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Between 25 years' experience in Property Management
