Description

At University Hospitals of North Midlands an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our professional and progressive team of Clinical Coders.

We are looking for three enthusiastic and motivated individuals with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

You should be able to organise your own workload but also work as part of the team to deliver timely and accurate coded data to meet Trust deadlines.

Ideally you will be a Lead Clinical Coder with current experience who can transition quickly into our team. We offer the option of office-based, hybrid or remote working for Lead Coders.

However, we will welcome Trainees into our team on a band 3 salary progressing to band 4 on successful completion of our internal Trainee Programme.

Trainees will be office-based initially with the possibility of transitioning to hybrid or remote working following successful completion of initial training.

We are a family-friendly department with an exceptional approach to staff-wellbeing and offer flexible working hours to suit your needs.
