Main Responsibilities:


  • Deal with general day to day enquiries from customers relating to products
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date with current products & stock promotions
  • Look for opportunities to upsell and provide the best possible solutions and service to the client
  • Update and data cleanse the CRM system to ensure all data is being captured and is correct
  • Processing functions to include Proposal Generation, Order Processing, Sales Documentation
  • Forward sales leads to relevant
  • Establish solid working relationships with customers
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service of customer care through the prompt and professional handling of enquiries

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Prior experience in a Sales or Customer Service Administration role is essential
  • Use of a CRM or Order Processing software desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships
  • A personable approach with a good telephone and communication skills
  • Selfmotivation and energy
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • A meticulous approach and a high level of accuracy, demonstrating strong attention to detail
