Main Responsibilities:
- Deal with general day to day enquiries from customers relating to products
- Ensuring customers are kept up to date with current products & stock promotions
- Look for opportunities to upsell and provide the best possible solutions and service to the client
- Update and data cleanse the CRM system to ensure all data is being captured and is correct
- Processing functions to include Proposal Generation, Order Processing, Sales Documentation
- Forward sales leads to relevant
- Establish solid working relationships with customers
- Provide an efficient and friendly service of customer care through the prompt and professional handling of enquiries
Key Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience in a Sales or Customer Service Administration role is essential
- Use of a CRM or Order Processing software desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships
- A personable approach with a good telephone and communication skills
- Selfmotivation and energy
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- A meticulous approach and a high level of accuracy, demonstrating strong attention to detail
