  • Job Location: Willesden, North London


  • Shifts: Monday

  • Friday 08.00am pm
Hours Per Week: 40 hours a week

  • Duration: Ongoing contract
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Job Role
  • Input hours to CATS (Maximo for new projects)
  • Creating work orders via Maximo/SAP
  • Period/weekly reports as requested by Management
  • Sickness reporting / Sickness absence (completing mandatory company paperwork)
  • H&S/accident and incident reports
  • Update competence folders as instructed by the relevant Training Coordinator(s)
  • Create purchase orders (stationery, training, tools)
  • Booking in items on SAP
  • Invoice queries
  • Maintenance of open purchase orders
  • Order any items as necessary and chasing delivery
  • Distribution and control of team briefs (including those sent from Derby office)
  • Use of Newscale and AAT for requesting IT packages, etc from CSC
  • Management of depot and company processes.
    Qualifications:
  • Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or equivalent
  • PLEASE NOTE ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PASS AN DRUGS AND ALCOHOL TEST BEFORE BEING OFFERED A POSITION (this is standard procedure on Rail depots)
