This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive student experience by supporting all of our apprenticeship students to help them perform to their highest potential through the provision of excellent customer service and administrative support.


Responsibilities:


Person Specification:

Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential requirements

Knowledge of the Higher Education Sector and of SITS student records database would be desirable
