RG Consultancy are working with a company based in Skelmersdale who are looking for a Senior Accounts Assistant to look after the accounts for 2 hotels.


Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be tasked with covering a wide range of accounting duties relating to the hotels and would require someone who is confident in all aspects of accounts.


Duties include:
- oversee the accounts payable function - purchase invoice processing, supplier statement reconciliations
- oversee accounts receivable function - credit control, ledger reconciliations
- bank reconciliations
- produce a set of month-end accounts - accruals, prepayments
- liaising with the hotel managers
