The customer services officer will answer switchboard calls and general enquiries for several services and assist customers in the self-serve reception area.

This post is busy and challenging within a constantly evolving service.

Thorough training will be provided, applicants should have the ability to work as a member of a team and have excellent communication and IT skills.
