Description

Working as a Stakeholder Engagement Support, you will be a key player in the operational engagement of our Airlines in the delivery, implementation and integration of operational activities and formal governance.


You will provide support, guidance and structure to our Operations Teams, supporting and guiding them to engage collaboratively with our Team Heathrow Partners.


You will also bring a robust structure, rigour and routine to formal governance processes, delivering quality and timely outputs for Heathrow and our Team Heathrow Partners.


Your role will involve:


  • Acting as an ambassador and building positive working operational relationships with our Airlines.
  • Building strong relationships across Heathrow and our Airlines to deliver clear and key messages.
  • Updating core engagement materials in reporting, evaluation, and analysis, including maintenance of dashboard.
  • Owning meeting agendas for the Airline Operational Governance and briefings for Airline Engagement whilst producing minutes of meetings ensuring all information is properly recorded.
  • Supporting relationships at all levels, using knowledge of Airline issues and Heathrow's priorities.
  • Communicating and working collaboratively with our colleagues from the Aviation Team and report back on any issues, concerns, or feedback.

These skills are essential:


  • Experience working in a complex stakeholder management environment.
  • Understanding Airline Operational Governance.
  • Being peopleoriented with exceptional customer focus / engagement / stakeholder management skills.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation whilst managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.

Ideally, you will also have:


  • Good knowledge of the aviation industry.
