A fantastic European private equity firm are hiring for a Private Equity Fund Controller (Manager) on a contract/contract to permanent basis.

This a hybrid working office and a great place to work
If you have substantial private equity fund finance experience, have managed a fund accounting teams in PE and want to work for an organisation that genuinely values it's employees, then look no further
The Head of Fund Finance will be responsible for:

Oversight of the teams 3-4 fund accountants/controllers
Fund accounting and maintenance of the accounting system
Review of Investment valuations
Preparing Investor capital calls and distributions
Producing Investment drawdowns and distributions
Preparing Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and Investor Reports
Calculation of management fees and carried interest
Production of SPV consolidated financial statements
Assisting the Investor Relations team with data requests and Fund performance metrics
Fund tax compliance (US, UK, Germany)
Maintaining external relationships (auditors, tax advisers, banks)

What our client are looking for:

You must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA etc)
Have direct experience of fund accounting for private equity vehicles
Tax experience associated with private equity fund tax and transactions would be a great advantage
Have managed a fund accounting team
Must be available at short notice

Duration: 6 months + / possibly Temp to permanent

Salary:
£95,000-£110,000 + Full Benefits, depending on experience
