Do you have Customer Service experience?

Would you like to work for a leading financial Service company within the Redhill area?


Being a leading financial services organisation with continued growth, our client is looking to recruit
multiple Financial Support Advisors who are passionate about providing an outstanding service for their customers, who may be having difficulties with debt and need support and advice to find the right way forward.


You will be more than just a friendly voice to answer their questions; you will be an attentive listener and problem solver too.

This role is so rewarding, as you will be able to assist customers with a simple query or be required to handle a more complexsituation to help find a suitable solution to support their financial difficulties.

This is a varied and interactive role where no two days are the same.

You will be joining a supportive team of Advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.


Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000
(DOE) plus annual bonus, benefits and £500 flexible benefit allowance.


Location:
Redhill with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis after probation


Who will suit this role?


Our client is looking for a team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously with strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner.

You will hold customer service experience within a call centre/office environment as a mínimal requirement,however, if you have experience of debt collection/debt recover/arrears management this would be an advantage.

  • You delight in solving problems for customers, going above and beyond to treat customers fairly and leave them feeling valued.
  • GCSE English and Maths at A-C/49 equivalent

Hours:
Currently these are set at Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm for 2 weeks and 10am-6pm on week 3.

The business is not currently operating any Saturday shifts, but the full shift pattern will be commencing in the future, with a slight shift as follows:
Week - 9am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with half an hour unpaid break.

Week - 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday with one-hour unpaid break; plus Saturday 9am to 2pm.
