£26,644/£12.20 p/h (Overtime available)


Location:
Northampton - NN1


Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Days/Nights (2 Days, 2 Nights)

Hours: 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 (12 hour shifts)

Job Overview

  • To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing services in direct accordance with the clients policies and processes.
  • Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract.
  • To undertake additional training to ensure continuous selfdevelopment.
  • Providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Respond to all customer calls and alarms within strict guidelines.
  • Creating reports on incidents accurately and efficiently in order to process appropriately for resolution.
  • Respond quickly to customer requests for information and action.
  • Compliance to all regulations specified by the NSI as defined by our accreditation to ARC Gold standard.
  • Be proactively involved in team based problem solving activities in order to ensure that the Security Control Centre processes and technology improve every day in line with our customer requirements and expectations.
  • Demonstrate a competent understanding of security systems.

Main Duties
Operations

  • To be aware of and ensure compliance with all aspects of policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Operations Manager and in accordance with UK Law and Guidance bodies.
  • Fully and satisfactorily complete all tasks following processes set by the client.
  • Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
  • Follow instructions and procedures appropriately without unnecessarily challenging authority.
  • Work in a systematic, methodology and orderly way.

  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to write reports of a high standard.
  • Solid organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities ad achieve tight deadlines.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Flexability in working hours
  • Strong teamwork ethic.
  • Computer literate with a variety of software.
