Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team KPI's
  • Achieves individual performance objectives
  • Accuracy and visibility of all data relating to Dispute Management is maintained
  • Build relationships with customers both internal and external within area of responsibility
  • Ability to prioritise, manage workload and multitask
  • Ensure that all new starters, permanent or temporary receive training/induction as required
  • Ensure that the Business Care Team are up to date with all training requirements for Dispute Resolution Process
  • Assist with any Dispute Resolution Testing Requirements
  • Keep all Dispute Resolution Trackers up to date and distributed to relevant teams
  • Drive timely resolution of all disputes and assist Local Business Care Partners as required
  • Work closely with Poznan Team and ensure CFIN Partners are working alongside local Business Care Team
  • Drive Root Cause Analysis of Key Dispute Issues and make recommendations and drive process improvement

Skills and Experience

  • 12 years customer service experience as a minimum (Essential)
  • Numerate with a high working knowledge of excel spreadsheets (Essential)
  • Attention to Detail
  • Problem solving
    , analytical skills and methodical thinking
  • Able to follow detailed processes
  • PC literate and competent data entry skills
  • SAP experience (Desirable)
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with excellent time management skills
  • Passionate to deliver great Customer Service
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels

Qualifications

  • Intermediate /Advanced Excel (Essential)
  • GCSE English and Maths minimum grade C, or equivalent (Essential)
