SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Collections Administrator to join one of their hugely successful clients based in Burton on Trent.
You will be joining a great team, in brand new offices and will benefit from a competitive salary and package The role itself will be responsible for supporting with overdue accounts and providing an effective and efficient service to all key customers, whilst ensuring end to end administration is completed.
The role will be working 9-5pm and will be office based, in Burton. In addition to salary, you will benefit from annual bonus, excellent pension contribution amongst a variety of other perks and discountsTypical duties for the role will include:
- Supporting with setting up payment plans
- Providing a great service to customers
- End to end business administration
- System updates and adhering to processes
- Corresponding daily with customers both verbally and in writing
- Advising and regularly updating relevant staff of any significant case progress
- Rescheduling customer agreements when appropriate
- Liaising with insurance companies and other external departments
- Ensuring that all Compliance requirements are adhered to
- Reporting and reviewing
