About the role:

The role would suit someone with previous administration experience, ideally within recruitment or fast-paced environments. You'll have an eye for detail, be customer-centric, and able to juggle a busy workload.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Partners with endtoend recruitment activities.
  • Using internal systems to raise and advertise vacancies.
  • Managing all job adverts, ensuring correct format and templates are being used.
  • Liaising with the People team in raising offer paperwork.
  • Ensuring all new starters have the correct right to work checks in place.
  • Attending daily/weekly calls keeping up to date with changes in each business area.
  • Leading and supporting with wider team projects and initiatives.

Skills and experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role (Resourcing Support or Sales Administration desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritises work effectively taking into account the needs of the business.
  • Naturally customer focused.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Strong work ethic, real team player.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously.
