The Opportunity


This is a great opportunity to join the registry team at Arden University and forge a career in higher education professional services.

We are in the progress of key systems investment and preparing the registry service to meet the ambitious growth of the University.

Registry Services at Arden University comprise 4 key functional areas; Registry Systems, Marking and Assessments, Awards & Exams and Graduation & Events.

Reporting to a Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic empowered team, responsible for the accurate maintenance of the student record system holding all assessment results.

You will actively contribute and coordinate the marking of multiple assessment periods. It will involve detailed, careful planning of the assessment marking period.

You will support the delivery of our new student record system (SITS) and our new online assessment software, and you will work as part of a university wide implementation group.

About You


Excellent planning and organisational skills are essential with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured organisation.

You'll need strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills whilst remaining flexible with a friendly positive attitude.
