Complaints Handler - Northamptonshire, United Kingdom - Recruitment Agenda
Description
Working to strict company polices and procedures this position will see you handling both internal and external complaints and ensure cases are managed in a timely and professional manner.
You will be responsible for the day to day coordination of complaints against the organisation and will analyse and investigate in line company and regulatory policies and procedures.
You will build detailed cases, analysing all evidence and work closely with the head of legal to ensure issues are resolved and recommendations to ensure future complaints are minimized.
To be successful in the role you will need:- Excellent analytical and investigative skills
- A good background in complaint management
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be a genuine team player, able to work with all members of staff and external partners
- Ability to handle pressure and work to strict deadlines
- A legal based qualification would be an advantage
