Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and other departments within the company
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and events
- Manage and maintain files and records
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- A degree in business administration preferred not not essential.
Salary:
£20,599.00-£24,000.00 per year
