Customer Support Co Ordinator - Lowestoft
Circa £23,500k per annum
37.5 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Customer Support Co-ordinator.
This is the perfect role for an existing Care Co-ordinator, Care Supervisor or a Care Assistant looking to progress their career.
You will also need to be confident and motivated in your approach, and have excellent administrative and organisational skills.Key description of the role:
- Responsible for completing all customers monthly, quarterly and yearly audits in line with governance and compliance policy and procedure. This will involve visiting all services.
- Uploading documents that are relevant
- Sort and organise customer files on share point and in their homes.
- Support the Deputy Manager and Service Lead with any paper work role regarding the customer.
- Reviewing and updating support plans to support the Service Lead
- Taking minutes for customer meetings and ensuring outcomes are typed up.
- Supporting the Care Coordinator with timesheets and Rota's when needed.
Key skills required:
- Be computer literate and have good office skills
- Have excellent customer service and telephone skills
- Have an empathetic and a caring nature
- Be well organised and can work calmly under pressure
- Have experience of working in Care setting
- Be a people person with good communication skills
- Be a team player
- Support with other tasks required to meet the needs of the business.
This is a Hybrid position, with the expectations of a mix of working in the office, out in the services and from home.
