Customer Support Co Ordinator - Lowestoft

Circa £23,500k per annum
37.5 hours per week

We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Customer Support Co-ordinator.

This is the perfect role for an existing Care Co-ordinator, Care Supervisor or a Care Assistant looking to progress their career.

You will also need to be confident and motivated in your approach, and have excellent administrative and organisational skills.


Key description of the role:


  • Responsible for completing all customers monthly, quarterly and yearly audits in line with governance and compliance policy and procedure. This will involve visiting all services.
  • Uploading documents that are relevant
  • Sort and organise customer files on share point and in their homes.
  • Support the Deputy Manager and Service Lead with any paper work role regarding the customer.
  • Reviewing and updating support plans to support the Service Lead
  • Taking minutes for customer meetings and ensuring outcomes are typed up.
  • Supporting the Care Coordinator with timesheets and Rota's when needed.

Key skills required:


  • Be computer literate and have good office skills
  • Have excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Have an empathetic and a caring nature
  • Be well organised and can work calmly under pressure
  • Have experience of working in Care setting
  • Be a people person with good communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Support with other tasks required to meet the needs of the business.


This is a Hybrid position, with the expectations of a mix of working in the office, out in the services and from home.
