About the Role:


As a Drive Site Operator, you will work to deliver an effective Picking, Loading and inbound operation, meeting or exceeding scorecard performance through working as part of a highly flexible and multi-skilled team undertaking a wide range of tasks.

You will work to achieve the required Safety and Quality standards across site, contributing towards and achieving budgeted site performance through the effective approach to your workload within the department whilst operating and maintaining all relevant equipment for the role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety, Quality, Environment Statutory standards and Site policies
  • Carry out the picking and loading and receipt of finished goods
  • Ensure that all stocks are controlled in accordance with all Quality, Food Safety and Health and Safety standards as specified in relevant site documentation
  • Maintain the required standards, hygiene and housekeeping, in all operational areas, following laid down procedures
  • Commitment to development of self to approved standards in accordance with functional skills framework
  • Monitor and report H&S issues in your area making use of the Integrity system.
  • Promoting a professional site team culture.
  • Effective daily use of Drive Site systems including SAP, Integrity, EWM and others as required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required

  • Valid counterbalance FLT license
  • Practical experience of drive site/Warehouse operational organisation
  • Experience of working within a strategic, target driven manufacturing warehouse environment which is measured by robust Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
