Hey there Are you looking to join the UK's largest independent provider of private and bespoke swimming tuition? Do you have experience with inbound and outbound calls? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for youHere's what you'll be doing:
- Being the main point of contact for all customers looking for information about our programs and lessons
- Providing topnotch customer service to both prospective and current customers
- Generating new sales by proactively reaching out to leads and using databases and other sources
- Managing a database of incoming leads, from initial enquiry to sale, including conducting needs analysis, booking trials, pitching, handling objections, processing payments, and following up after the sale
- Working as part of a team to drive student growth across all our venues
Here are the skills you'll need:
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and persuasion skills
Here are the benefits of this job:
- Commission on all new business you bring in, with a gross salary of £30,000-£35,000 based on current performance levels

Salary:
£24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
