Job Title:
HR Business Partner

Salary:
up to £55,000 + bonus + benefits

Location:
Luton (hybrid with travel)

A FTSE 100 company are in need of a HR Business Partner to implement their HR strategy across the South East region.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement HR strategies in line with business goals.
Act as first point of contact for HR and ER queries.
Manage organisational development, succession planning and employee engagement.
Manage key HR projects.
Work with Trade Unions on people matters.
