Trade Mark Administration- Competitive Salary
- London
Based in office your role will involve but is not limited too the following:
- Trade Mark and design record management
- Coordinating with internal teams to renew /amend trade mark and design registrations
- Preparation of Instructions to foreign Attorneys in regards to trade marks and registrations
- Reviewing and reconciling receipts and certificates against instructions and records
- Attending to or coordinating notarisation and legalisation of documents.
- Reporting to clients details of trade mark renewals
About you:
- Previous Trade Mark Administrator and or paralegal experience
- CITMA qualification
- Proficiently able to handle and deal with confidential matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You will have drive and demonstrate the ability to produce a high standard of work
- Document management skills, with the ability to take complex documents and present simply and concisely.
- Working knowledge of WebTMS (IPPO) or another similar trade mark system.
