On-going Temporary. Start ASAP


Location:
Warwick. Office based.


Working Shifts: 8:30-17:00 / 9:00-17:30 (flexible) 37.5 hours p/w


A Customer Engineer Coordinator role that will open the door to further opportunities

It's not unusual for team members to progress or expand their career within this company, so the Customer Engineering team are now eager to welcome a 2 x newCustomer Engineer Coordinators.

This team manage larger projects.

Supporting the field based Technical Managers and engineers,
duties will include:

  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers (domestic and commercial)
  • Ordering parts and materials for projects
  • Project administrative support
  • Managing supplier invoices
  • Coordinate safety projects (ensure customer site and works are compliant and safe)

Person specification-what would make you a great fit:

  • Confident to challenge where applicable
  • Appetite to learn and progress
  • Experience of customer service is beneficial but not essential
  • Great organisational skills are essential

previous experience in a similar field is not essential.
