This is a great opportunity for an experienced and dynamic
Recruitment Partner (6 months TEMP contract)

Purpose of the role:

To work in partnership with the stakeholders of allocated restaurants to support their recruitment needs FOH / BOH.


Key Responsibilities

Advertising

  • To maintain the recruitment image of the Company for all advertising mediums and job boards.
  • To ensure all advertising is kept up to date at all times
  • Research and promote new mediums that maybe beneficial to assist with the resourcing of positions available.

Recruitment - hourly employees/salaried employees

  • To support use of tools and training for sites to screen and communicate to all applicants for various roles within the allocated restaurants efficiently and at all times protect the brand's image.
  • Provide support to GMs and HCs for line employee recruitment.
  • Identify and be able to report on current vacancies.
  • To be directly responsible for the resourcing / telephone interviewing / on
- boarding of Assistant Managers and Junior Sous Chefs.

  • Manage the Harri platform for sites effectively for each applicant at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Provide on a weekly basis an up to date vacancy list of current roles that are actively being recruited for to the Head of Recruitment.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met regarding applicant during the recruitment process.
  • To develop and keep up to date talent pools for all future roles.
  • Promote / communicate to our restaurants the opportunities available via our Recommend a Friend Scheme and our relocation scheme

Recruitment General

  • To maintain all recruitment materials to effectively project the brand.
  • To prepare any materials required for staff or management recruitment days and promote as required.
  • To assist and take part in any staff or management recruitment days if needed
  • To participate in and support additional recruitment updates ie open days and networking
  • Provide training to HODs on how to use Harri, including onboarding from Harri to Fourth Hospitality
  • To provide weekly updates at the recruitment meeting of current activity, issues / challenges and positives
