Reed Accountancy & Finance are currently working exclusively with a from a Croydon based client in securing them a Payroll Administrator.

The ideal Payroll Administrator would need to be able to demonstrate relevant experience with the below duties


Payroll Administrator duties:

  • Ensuring weekly and monthly payrolls are processed
  • Achieving and maintaining a high degree of speed and accuracy when processing pay
  • Compiling reports to management on holiday, overtime, sickness
  • Producing and administering payroll documents; P45/P46/P60, etc.
  • Completing forms and handling enquiries from HMRC, CSA, pension schemes, etc.
  • Providing cover for other members of the payroll team in their absence
  • Preparation of reports and analysis
