We are recruiting for a Head of Talent Attraction who will lead, execute and evolve our attraction strategy and be responsible for meeting the staffing needs of our tuition centres.
Our mission is to support the next generation of fearless learners, and our staff play a vital role in ensuring that every family gets the most from their membership with us.
Our Head of Talent Attraction will play a pivotal role in ensuring we welcome a continuous stream of talented, diverse, and motivated people into our business, across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a successful talent acquisition strategy to attract and engage highly committed, engaged and talented Explore Learning employees
- Adopt and evolve digital attraction strategies, making recommendations and changes to meet our business demands
- Develop a strong Employer Brand, supporting our Employee Value Proposition, alongside others in the People Team
- Deliver on a set of agreed hiring goals across our various roles
- Measure and report performance of all talent acquisition activities against agreed KPIs and make recommendations in line with business objectives and priorities
- Champion diversity, equality and inclusion in all talent processes
- Develop and manage relationships with thirdparty talent suppliers
- Leverage social media and recruitment tools to build strong and credible networks that support our brand
- Own and develop the careers website
- Collaboration with our Head of Talent Assessment, Marketing and People teams
- Lead and develop the Talent Attraction Executive (1 x direct report)
Who are we looking for
- A datadriven and insight led approach with the ability to convert these into meaningful recommendations and actions
- Proven experience in high volume talent attraction with strategic capabilities
- Experience in partnering with third parties/agency partner(s) to achieve business goals
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Social Media and digital channels
- Strong written and verbal skills with an eye for 'detail'
- Multisite business and early careers/graduate scheme experience beneficial but not essential
- A desire to work for a transforming business with a strong mission and purpose

Logistics
The role can be performed remotely. Our central office is in Guildford and we welcome regular visits here if geographically viable. Circa £55K depending on skills and experience.
