£30-35K + bonus + profit share


Are you an experienced Campaign Manager with a penchant for software engineering? Yes? Then SAVVY Media have the role for you Our client is a market leader in the tech space, who continue to go from strength to strength.

We're looking for a Customer SuccessManager to supervise the clients' digital campaigns to ensure they meet agreed outcomes, are delivered on time and encourage account growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project managing the clients digital campaigns
  • Working as the point of contact between the client and internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, marketing, event operations etc)
  • Working alongside the Account Manager to take briefs and identify opportunities for crossselling/upselling
  • Maintaining regular communication with the client to nourish relationships and drive renewals
  • Liaise closely with Event Managers to ensure a consistent sponsorship experience and effectively campaign management
  • Delivering campaign briefs to the marketing team with clarity and precision
  • Ensure good morale within the Commercial Team
  • Help drive team performance to ensure company, individual and team KPIs are met

Skills & Knowledge:


  • Track record of campaign management ideally in media
  • Articulate and faultless verbal and written communication skills
  • Awareness of data and the value it holds
  • The ability to thrive in a high pressure and fastmoving environment
  • Strong project management, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
