Do you have a passion for Digital Marketing and providing excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator with a some experience in Marketing either commercially or through a marketing degree to join a leading engineering company based in Basingstoke.


Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service / Digital Marketing Coordinator

  • Manage customer requirements and expectations with clear, precise and timely communication.
  • Process orders handed over from the quotation team (ensuring the clean order process has been followed).

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Optimise and manage Google/Bing Ads accounts for the UK Rental business (initially
  • Continuously improve keywords, bid strategies, advert copy and automation through data analysis and AB test insight.
  • Own the website structure and content for all markets and channels.
  • Optimise all digital channels for paid and organic traffic to continuously improve ROI.

Key Experience for the Customer Service / Digital Marketing Coordinator

  • Experience in digital marketing campaigns or advertising industry or qualified in this field and advantage.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal skills with Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Significant experience and expertise in Google/Bing and other digital advertising.
  • Significant expertise in managing international multilanguage WordPress websites.
  • Business or Marketing degree an advantage.
  • Personable and able to communicate well with senior leaders and a matrix management system.

£35,000.00 per year
