Customer Service Executive

Wolverhampton

Permanent

8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday

£23,000 per annum
Do you have experience in Customer Services in an office environment? Do you enjoy finding a resolution for a customer? We may have the job for you

Due to a period of growth, my client based in the Wolverhampton area are now looking to expand their team with experienced Customer Service Executives.

You will be joining a busy department, where all team members play a key role in delivering an excellentservice to their customers.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date
  • Offer excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
  • Responding to queries and complaints following company procedure
  • Responding effectively to customer queries
  • Logging details into company database
  • On occasion chasing outstanding balances from customers
  • Adhering to tight deadlines
  • Administering all paperwork following company guidelines
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
  • Business to customer service experience is beneficial
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in handling sensitive situations
  • Complaint handling experience is highly advantageous
  • Debt collection or negotiation experience is highly advantageous
  • Must be able to follow a process and carry this out on a daily basis
