8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Friday
£23,000 per annum

Due to a period of growth, my client based in the Wolverhampton area are now looking to expand their team with experienced Customer Service Executives.
You will be joining a busy department, where all team members play a key role in delivering an excellentservice to their customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer information is accurate and up to date
- Offer excellent customer service and build relationships with customers
- Responding to queries and complaints following company procedure
- Responding effectively to customer queries
- Logging details into company database
- On occasion chasing outstanding balances from customers
- Adhering to tight deadlines
- Administering all paperwork following company guidelines
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Business to customer service experience is beneficial
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in handling sensitive situations
- Complaint handling experience is highly advantageous
- Debt collection or negotiation experience is highly advantageous
- Must be able to follow a process and carry this out on a daily basis
