My client is a global firm with an outstanding reputation in its field for its multi-service offering.An opportunity has arisen for an Events Assistant to provide support to the Event Team by assisting in the coordination and organisation of events acrossthe business.
This busy and varied will be fast paced and busy and ideal for an Event Management Graduate or someone with some existing Events experience who is keen to focus on an events based role.
The role will entail:
- Managing the Event diary and dealing with all enquiries
- Raising all event contracts and all relevant documentation
- Being the main point of contact for key clients on events supporting the Events Manager
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors to order services and products for events
- Managing expectations of clients and making recommendations where required
- Coordinate and plan internal and external meetings
- Administration support including events packs and trackers.
Applicants will have previous Event Administration experience or perhaps an Event Management degree with a passion to work in a fast paced client led events environment.
