Our client is a specialist consultancy based in South Shields, Tyne & Wear. Due to continued expansion, they now have a requirement for anAdministrator to join their team.
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls and accurately take messages.
- Responsible for ordering and replenishment of office stationery requirements.
- Responsible for maintaining and allocation of eLearning courses for clients.
- Preparation, organisation, and storage of company documents.
- Organise meetings including the coordination and distribution of minutes of meetings.
- Maintenance of cloudbased database ensuring records are kept up to date.
Administrator Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate
- MS office.
- Desire to learn new skills and knowledge.
Administrator Benefits:
